Physical pain can affect us in different ways. It can also be caused by different things and can feel small or can be chronic. Feeling this pain constantly can leave you feeling uncomfortable, frustrated, and even depressed. Physical pain can feel very limiting and debilitating and can impact your daily life. Usually, our physical pain can come from our emotions. It is our emotions that trigger a shift in our hormones and neurotransmitters. Negative emotions can create a negative imbalance that can then contribute to physical pain.
The best solution to release pain is by using a series of modalities and techniques that can help you release these emotions and the emotional attachment to the pain. By releasing the emotions attached to the pain, you can then bring relief to the physical pain and discomfort you can feel.
I have used EFT tapping to help many children and clients release their physical pain.
