I offer group taster sessions twice a month around North West London to explain how you can feel calmer, confident, in control, energized and feeling free from your problem. Please get in touch to find out about the next one near you.
Sessions last around an hour. They can take place during daytime, evenings or weekends in the relaxed surroundings of my clinic in Hendon, North-West London or on Skype in the comfort of your home.
Most people find a three-step approach helpful, choosing to have a follow-up session two to three weeks after the initial consultation, then further visits as required.
